She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. William A. Groshans and Dorothy Rickard Groshans; her son Jeffrey James Walker; and her grandson Maddox Richard Warren. She is survived by: her husband Chuck Taylor; her siblings, Bill Groshans Jr. (Beth) and Beth Coles; her children, Wally Warren (Tracey), Jonathan Warren (Siobhan) and Donna Urbin (Justin); her grandchildren, Brady Warren, Hannah Warren, Lydia Warren, Jack Urbin, Joey Urbin, Nichole Walker and Jeff Walker Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Aaliyah, Jax, Mel and Paisley.
