He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Jendrzejczyk and Bessie Jendrzejczyk; his daughter Becky Lynn; and his great grandchild Chelsea Naece. He is survived by : his wife Virginia Lee; his children, Charles and Grace Koehn (Marvin); his grandchildren, David Lee Koehn and Jessica Moore (Billy); and his great grandchildren, Nathaniel and Cole.
