He was predeceased by : his spouse Caryl Williams; and his siblings, Arlene, Thomas Jr., Mary, Gloria and Robert.

He is survived by : his children, Melissa Kulawiak (Ken), Kelly Lebbing (Greg) and Thomas Williams; his grandchildren, Jack, Anna Kulawiak, Emma and Benjamin Lebbing; and his brother Gary (Judy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
