He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Moore and Dorothy Emily Cochran (Golliher); and his siblings, Lt. Robert W. Cochran and Barbara Cochran. He is survived by: his wife Thelma Gladys Cassell of Warsaw; his children, Jane Elizabeth Iutzi (Russell) of Burnside, Marc Richard Cochran (Leslie) of Hamilton and Jason Robert Cochran (Amy) of Hamilton; his grandchildren, Hannah, Caleb, Lauren George, Seth, Ryan, Molly, Ava and Joel Cochran; his great grandchild Mayla; and his pet Archie.
