He was predeceased by : his parents, Wilber Lucas and Gloria Lucas (Mahaffey); his in-laws, Charles and Flossie Smith; his children, Michael Lucas and Angela Lucas; his great grandchild Aubrey Sisk; and his siblings, Reginald Lucas and Judy Nalley.

He is survived by : his wife Arlean White; and his children, Arlean Rockhold (Shad), Stephen Lucas, Jr. (Angelina), Tina White, Tony White and Gary White (Michelle). He is also survived by grandchildren; and twenty-two beloved great grandchildren.
