With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Tracy K. Fowler of Warsaw, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her aunt Beverly Bliven; and her grandparents, Elmer Foley, Helen Bowen and Corwin Bowen. She is survived by: her parents, Robert "Bob" Foley and Kathryn Foley (Bowen) of Warsaw; her fiancé Jeremiah McGrann of Warsaw; her children, Dalton Foley of Warsaw, Ian Fowler of Warsaw and Gretchen Fowler of Warsaw; her grandmother Doris Foley of Warsaw; and her sister Karen Burns of Monroe City, Missouri. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
