He was predeceased by : his parents, Eugene Taylor and Virginia "Virgie" Taylor (Stewart); his wife Elsie Kermode; his sons, Roger and Ronald Taylor; his brothers, Mac and Stanley Taylor; and his great grandchild Kody Taylor.

He is survived by : his son Gary Taylor (Trisha) of Washburn; and his daughter-in-law Peggy Taylor of East Peoria. He is also survived by five grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren.
