He was predeceased by: his parents, Dennis McLaughlin and Kathryn McLaughlin; his brother Dennis McLaughlin, II; and his niece Mary Elizabeth DeBord. He is survived by: his siblings, Michael McLaughlin (Lisa), Mary Ellen DeBord (Alan), Katie White (Wade), Patrick McLaughlin and Martin McLaughlin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Edward Catholic Church (1216 N 6th St, Chillicothe, IL 61523). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at the St. Joseph Mooney Cemetery.
