He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Carter I and Peggy S. Nunnally (Tucker). He is survived by: his wife Melinda S. Ulrich of Washburn; his children, Katie, Alyssa, Meaghan, Steven, Christopher, Stephanie (Skyler), Jonathon, Heather and Kaden (Victoria); his grandchildren, Brianna, Kylee, Cheyenne, Abigail, Chloe, Aidan, Jace and Peyton; and his brother Michael (Susan).
