It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arleen K. Smith of Washington, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on April 23, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Roger Smick and Juanita Thomas Smick; and her sister Bonnie Jean Smick. She is survived by : her husband Lenard A. Smith; her children, James Smith (Jamie) of Washington, Mindy Mooney (Doug) of Washington and Jennifer Fort (Allen) of Morton, IL; her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Jacob, Jeremy, Joseph, Neona, Danica, Brock and Brenna; her great grandchildren, Annabelle, Mara and Remi; and her siblings, Eugene Smick (Cindy) of East Peoria, Rory Smick (Kimberly) of Washington, Calvin Smick, Jacqueline Whitby (Richard) of Georgia and Pamela K. Smick.
