He is survived by: his wife Nancy Green; his daughters, Christie Dunham, Michelle Leysaht and Victoria Smith; his sons-in-law, Robert Leysaht and Mark Smith; his grandchildren, Kayla Dunham, Konnor Dunham, Kolton Leysaht, Madison Leysaht, Braylan Smith and Cameron Smith; his granddaughter-in-law Shari Dunham; his great grandchildren, Evan and Bobby; and his brothers, David Green and John Green. He is also survived by His brothers, grandsons, sons-in-law, nephews, great-nephews, and other family friends.
