He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph R. Bullard and Ursul Lininger Bullard; his parents-in-law, Edward and Martha Jean Hunt; and his brother-in-law Leroy Blazer.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy R. Hunt; his children, Mary Garren of Peoria, Joe Bullard (Kris) of Washington and Jim Bullard (Angie) of Washington; his sister Mary Pauline Blazer; and his sister-in-law Virginia Chappelear. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; one -great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Bridge United Methodist Church.
