It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Rae (Doering) Jackson of Washington, Illinois, who passed away on June 11, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Deborah Rae may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Deborah Rae touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Patricia J. Rora (Hanks) and Sheldon F. Doering; and her sister Kimberly Doering. She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Burgess (John) and Lisa Force (Damon); her grandson Ryan Shipley; her brother Rick Doering (Sue); and her pet Angel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to TAPs Animal Shelter in Pekin or to Central Illinois Riding Therapy Inc (CIRT) in East Peoria.
