Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Diana leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her father Franklin Maxheimer; her brothers, Steve and Stan; and her nephew Simon. She is survived by: her mother Mariann Maxheimer; and her sisters, Susan LaHood (Joe) of Washington and Beth Maxheimer LaFollett of Washington. She is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews, and 17 great-nieces and great-nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Steve Maxheimer Memorial Scholarship Foundation Fund, Inc., which yearly presents up to 12 scholarships to deserving high school seniors in Washington and other tri-county high schools.
