He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Lee and Florence Crockett Lee; his daughter Jeannie Church; his sisters, Jolene Clark and Vicki Bunker; his brothers-in-law, Rich Wheeler, John Guilfoyle, Bob Henry and Dave Clark; and his parents-in-law, Howard and Lucille Guilfoyle.
He is survived by: his sons, Joe Lee (Kristen Lynn) and Dan Lee (Tricia); his grandchildren, Brooke Lee, Jaden Lee, Matthew Church (Ashley), Michael Church (Nicole) and Luke Lynn; his brother Francis Lee (Laura); his sisters-in-law, Joan Henry, Karen Wheeler and Pat Guilfoyle; and his son-in-law Scott Church (Rebecca). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
