She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Welch and Leota Bell Welch; and her daughter Terree Hempen. She is survived by: her children, Louis Hempen (Tricia) of Washington and Judi Gibson (Steve) of Hillsdale, IL.; her grandchildren, Matthew Gibson (Stephanie), Megan Frey (Kevin), Mallory Gibson (Ethan Swint), Ava Hempen and Olivia Hempen; her great grandchildren, Tyson, Emma and Calvin; and her sister Patsy Dudas of Washington.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mason-White Funeral Home (20 Valley Forge Dr, Washington, IL 61571). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
