It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Parsons of Washington, Illinois, who passed away on January 17, 2026, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though George may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert G. Parsons and Colette Parsons (Durkee); and his brothers, Nick and Jack. He is survived by: his children, Laura, Jenna and Kevin; and his brother Richard Parsons (Jaki). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and cousins.
