She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Collins and Virginia Reynolds Collins. She is survived by: her husband Donald Hibbard; her children, Cyndi Welch (Pat) of Washington, Dana Bodine (Todd) of Washington, Todd Hibbard (Sandy) of Washington and Amy Lambert (Chris) of Washington; and her sisters, Jackie Meischer of Creve Coeur, IL, Judy Brooks of Sunnyland, Jill Akins (Jim) of Haywood, WI and Joan Heiser (Gary) of Pekin. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
