She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Jones and Ruby Taylor Jones; her husband Ken Kirk; and her brothers, Robert Jones Jr. and Duane Jones.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Barb Kirk; her granddaughter Danielle Kirk; her children, Denise Bartman (Bruce) of New Holland, Mark Kirk (Myra Kay Hare) of Washington and Kevin Kirk (Renelle) of San Jose; her grandchildren, Lindsay Lucchesi (Cassie), Andrew Bartman (Nicole), Samantha Bell (Aaron) and Brian Kirk-Martin (Charlie); her great grandchildren, Ilaunna, Lilly, Camden, Kendall Jean, Micah, Elodie and Everett; and her sisters, Janet Burzynski and Sharon Cockrum. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Crossroads Global Methodist Church (1420 N Main St, Washington, IL 61571). A memorial service was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The inurnment was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Green Hill Cemetery.
Memorial donations can be made to Mason City Area Nursing Home or Crossroads Global Methodist Church.
