He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Felker and Delores Felker (Irmeger). He is survived by: his wife Twila Felker of Washington; his children, Trisha Schertz (Daniel) of Gibson City and Josh Felker (Nicole) of Washington; his grandchildren, Harper, Noah Schertz, Ava and McKenna Felker; and his sister Kathie Schoon (Steve) of Morton.
