He was predeceased by: his parents, James Williams and Theodocius Grissom Williams. He is survived by: his wife Carol Clark; and his children, Brian Williams (Donna) of Washington, Beverly Obery (Mark) of Metamora and Blair Williams of Washington. He is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
