Linda Steiger Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda Steiger of Washington, Illinois, born in Tamms, Illinois, who passed away on November 6, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hamby "Bill" Haney and Nell Etherton Haney; her former husband Raymond Ellis Sr.; her husband Roger D. Steiger; her stepchildren, Norman Steiger and Bobbie Steiger; and her sister Martha Burd.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond Ellis (Loretta) and Nancy Godsey (Niles); her stepdaughter-in-law Lisa Steiger; and her brother Hamby Haney Jr.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to OSF Hospice.
