She was predeceased by: her parents, James T. McFarlane and Mona R. Moore McFarlane; and her siblings, Jim, John, Arthur "Butch" McFarlane and Caye Campbell.
She is survived by: her husband Al Haisch; her siblings, Pat Harris of Peoria, Elaine "Spanky" McFarlane of Ferndale, CA, Mike McFarlane (Sheila) of Bloomington and Joe McFarlane of Chillicothe; her stepchildren, David, Donald and Beverly Paperiello (Vince); and her stepgrandchildren, Emma and Cameron Paperiello.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital- Midwest Affiliate.
