He was predeceased by: his parents, Crofton Gresham and Mary Lee Douglas Gresham. He is survived by: his spouse Margene Pratt; and his children, Bridget Long (late Dana) of Decatur, Alabama, Brad Gresham (Tammy) of Waterbury, Vermont, Jack Gresham (Carole) of Brookfield, Illinois and Brenda Koch (Wally) of Washington. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Illinois.
