Though Marvine may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Marvine touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward J. Schultz and Sarah M. Unsicker Schultz; and her spouse Dr. H. W. "Bud" Engel. She is survived by: her daughters, Tami Saunders (Jim) of Washington, Karen Kremer (Greg) of Washington, Jill Hermann (Dennis) of Washington and Penny Benson (Rich) of Washington. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Mark's Lutheran Church or the Apostolic Christian Home of Eureka.
