He is survived by: his siblings, Everett Mooningham (Brenda) of Morton, IL, John Mooningham (Donna) of Thomaville, MO, Mary Campbell of West Plains, MO and Linda Wilson of Pekin, IL..
Visitation was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mason-White Funeral Home (20 Valley Forge Dr, Washington, IL 61571). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Washington Helps Its People (WHIP) or Teen Challenge Ministries.
