With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Norma Gean Gaul of Washington, Illinois, who passed away on September 20, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Amelia A. Hursa and Norman G. Schultz; and her brother Gary Johnson. She is survived by : her husband Peter Cummings Gaul; her son Robert Gaul (R. E.) of Washington; her granddaughter Jessica Gaul of Washington; and her siblings, Alan Johnson of Colorado Springs, CO and Sandra Young of Newton, NC..

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research in memory of Gean.
