He is survived by: his wife Clara M. Jenkins; his daughter Angela Hawkins (Mark) of Washington, IL; his grandchildren, Heather Hawkins, Jacqueline Harper (Tim), Tabitha Miller (Zack), Joshua Hendrickson, Jason Hendrickson and Hayley Haynes (Jerry); his great grandchildren, Jerry Conner Haynes IV, Declan Miller, Lincoln Blum, Avelina Haynes and Lydia Miller; and his brother Bill Hendrickson of St. Louis, MO..

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Summit Nazarene Church.
