It is with sadness that the passing of Patricia Kohorst of Washington, Illinois is shared. Patricia, born on December 25, 1951, passed away on July 10, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Duke and Patricia Duke (Hummel); and her husband Mark E. Kohorst. She is survived by: her children, Erin Young (Stephen) of Washington, Anthony Kohorst (Lindsay) of Washington and Patrick Kohorst of Washington; her grandchildren, Emerson, Jackson, Whitney, Brayden, Maxwell, Genevieve and Annie; and her siblings, Jay Duke (DeLaine), Jody Duke and Pamela Newberry. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Center for Prevention of Abuse in Peoria or to TAPS No-Kill animal shelter in Pekin.
