With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Patsy June Hamilton of Washington, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Patsy June left this world on April 21, 2024 at the age of 87, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

Though Patsy June may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of our lives, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Tilmon O'Dell and Lucille O'Dell (Syfert); and her husband William H. Hamilton of Decatur. She is survived by : her children, Robert (Maxine), Sherry Truman (Dennis), Timothy (Ofelia), Stephen (Karla) and Susan Carbone (Suzie). She is also survived by her 5 children, 18 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Graceland Fairlawn Funeral Home (2091 N Oakland Ave, Decatur, IL 62526). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at the Graceland Cemetery.
