He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Sullivan and Mary Jane Sullivan (O'Toole); and his siblings, Paula Conner and Terrance Sullivan. He is survived by: his children, Amy Sullivan and Bradley Pack; and his grandchildren, Kason Sullivan-Mans, Nova Little, Dax Little and Elizabeth Pack.
In his free time, he enjoyed donating to different charities, especially The Wilderness Society that he was a member of, fishing, watching football games, especially the Chicago Bears, and spending time with all of his many friends.
