With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis M. Aschenbrenner of Washington, Illinois, who passed away on March 17, 2026 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Knapp and Marie Braker Knapp; her granddaughter Ashley Dallas; and her son-in-law Tim Curley. She is survived by: her daughters, Kay Curley of Goodfield and Brenda Dallas (Ben) of Varna, Illinois; her stepdaughters, Michelle Respiscio (Brian) of Shakopee and Jennifer Glad (Scott Waldon) of Creve Coeur, Illinois.; and her sister Ida Lu Koehl of Morton. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson.
