She was predeceased by: her parents, James Horvath and Elizabeth J. Horvath (LaMotte); and her son Timothy S. Mullen. She is survived by: her husband Douglas E. Mullen; her children, D. Christopher Mullen (Sherry), James W. Mullen (Michelle) of Morton, Illinois, Andrew T. Mullen (Sabrina) of Washington, Illinois, Kara E. A. Maughan (Daniel) of Chatham, Illinois and Brian J. Mullen (Bianca) of East Peoria, Illinois; and her brothers, James Horvath (Debra) of Gallatin and Gary Horvath of Warrensburg, Illinois. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren.
