With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Schaeffer of Washington, Illinois, born in Snicarte, Illinois, who passed away on January 28, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Schaeffer and Arlene Blessman Schaeffer; his sisters, Barbara Hess Burgett and Reta Wallace Smith; and his brother-in-law Dave Foster.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy G. Lynn; and his siblings, Danny Schaeffer (Marcella), Joyce Foster, Don Schaeffer (Sue), Janice Vanderveen (Dick), Charlie Schaeffer (Kathy) and Linda Witt (Ron).
