He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Eugene and Ora Irene Cunningham (Edwards); his brother Eugene; and his sister-in-law Joanne Cunningham. He is survived by: his sibling's children, Robert Cunningham (Buck), Vicki Shanklin (Richard) and Shelly Cunningham; and his great-nephews, Jabin and Coltin Cunningham (Megan).
