He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Houck and Dorothy Houck (Shoemaker). He is survived by: his wife Faye Houck of Washington; his daughters, Sherri Waters (Rod) of Metamora and Kristi Akers (Jim) of Peoria; and his grandchildren, Sarah Lee (Nathan), Alyssa Waters (Max Johnson), Ben Fitch (Maris), Sgt. Isaac Akers and Ian Akers. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
