He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Metelak and Lillian Procok Metelak; and his sister Joanne Driscoll. He is survived by: his children, Michael Metelak (Sherry) of Washington, IL and Marcia Gruman (Bernie) of Harpers Ferry, IA; his grandchildren, Colin, Alyssa and Taylor; and his brother Gary Metelak (Cathy) of California.
