He was predeceased by: his siblings, Kathleen Davis and Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Rae Anne of Washington; his daughters, Stephanie Pequette (Troy) of Washington, Caroline Hale of Washington and Lesley Breitzman (Timothy) of Centerville, Ohio; his grandchildren, Brynna, Brody, Braelyn Feehan, Harper Pequette and Owen Breitzman; and his brother Charles Hale (Suzanne) of East Peoria.
