He is survived by: his children, Teresa Neill (Roger) of Topeka, Catina Carpenter of Cahokia and Chris Powell of Republic, Missouri; his grandchildren, Brittany, Chelsea, Brianna (Donnie), Tyler, Taylor, Tristin and Taryn; and his siblings, Mark Powell and Brenda Morse (Raymond). He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
