She was predeceased by : her parents, Tassie Otis and Felecia Starnes (Cockrell); her siblings, Donald Starnes, Raymond Starnes, David Starnes and Clara Clawson; her husband Earl F. Woods; her son Marvin Woods; and her children-in-law, Terri Woods and Harry Steingrubey.
She is survived by : her siblings, Darlene White (Jack), Sharon Hansel (John), Les Starnes (Sally) and Darrell Starnes (Judy); and her children, Steven Woods (Terri), Deborah Heal (Bob), Kenneth Woods (Kathy) and Susan Steingrubey (Harry). She is also survived by ten grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
