"Chuck" Smith, III (Erin) and Diann Westberry (Dan); his siblings, Judy Fairchild (Bob), Susan Jackson (Dennis), Pamela Geoppo and Michael E. Smith; his grandchildren, Cassie Westberry, Sam Goedecke, Hayleigh Burrows (Ryan), Jake Westberry, Jay Westberry, James Westberry, Kyliee C. Smith and Owen S. Stahl; and his great grandchild Dylan Burrows. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
