He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Ramsey and Bertha Ramsey; his brother Clyde Ramsey; and his parents-in-law, Emil and Bertha Sauget.

He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Ramsey; his children, Ronald Ramsey (Marsha) and Angela Donjon (Jeffrey); his grandsons, Michael Ramsey (Ashley), Matthew Ramsey (Payton) and Joshua Donjon; his great grandchildren, Elliott Ramsey, Evelyn Ramsey, Emma Ramsey and Ruby Ramsey; his sister Norma Collins; and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Seager and Candy Ramsey.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Quernheim Funeral Home (800 S Market St, Waterloo, IL 62298).
