McMillan; his daughter Sherrie McMillan (David Peppers); his granddaughter Renee Peppers; and his brother Michael McMillan (Nancy). He is also survived by nieces; nephews; and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Quernheim Funeral Home (800 S Market St, Waterloo, IL 62298). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Hill Cemetery.
