Jones of Waterloo, Illinois, born in Monroe, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 25, 2026 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Paul Jones; and her parents, William M. Peeler and Vernie Peeler. She is survived by: her son Daniel P. Jones (Pamela); her grandchildren, Taylor Jones (Savannah), Madison Jones, Sara Keranovic (Ferid), Aidan Walters and Sabrina Walters; and her great grandchildren, Mia Jones, Marcus Knutsen, Lucius Knutsen, Hunter Kettler and Logan Kettler.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Quernheim Funeral Home (800 S Market St, Waterloo, IL 62298). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial contributions to: Shands Hospital - Gainsville, FL or National Kidney Foundation.
