It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy M. Schillinger of Waterloo, Illinois, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on June 7, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Clement G. Schillinger; her son Joseph Schillinger; and her parents, Louis Lakebrink and Clara Lakebrink. She is survived by: her children, Daniel Schillinger (Jean), Diane Schillinger, Carol Tucker, Mary Lewis, James Schillinger and Thomas Schillinger; and her daughter-in-law Linda Schillinger. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; sister-in-law; nieces; nephews; friends; & neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Ss Peter and Paul Church (204 W Mill St, Waterloo, IL 62298). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
As an expression of sympathy, the family prefers memorial contributions to: SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church or American Cancer Society.
