She was predeceased by: her former husband Orvis F. Mueller; her husband Theodore J. Muertz; her son Bruce A. Mueller; her parents, Albert August and Katherine Rippelmeyer; and her siblings, Ethel Luehring, Mildred Meyer, Florence Jaenke, Milton, Paul, George and Herman Rippelmeyer.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Mueller (Linda) and Kathy Trankle (Joe); her daughter-in-law Theresa Mueller; her sister-in-law Shirley Rippelmeyer; and her sister Loretta Rodenberg. She is also survived by grandchildren; and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Quernheim Funeral Home (800 S Market St, Waterloo, IL 62298). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
