She was predeceased by: her father Carroll Hagemeier. She is survived by: her husband Dominic J. Birrittier Jr.; her children, Miranda Schmidt (Eric) and Joseph Birrittier (Lexi); her grandchildren, Kelsey Schmidt, Wade Schmidt and Baby Boy Birrittier; her mother Dorothy Hagemeier; and her sisters, Michelle Petersen (Glenn) and Tammy Bertolino (Mark). She is also survived by sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; nieces; nephews; and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 6th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (522 S Church St, Waterloo, IL 62298).
