He is survived by : his children, Gary Hirstein (Mary), Katha Cranage (Mark), John Hirstein (Cheri) and Sharon Hirstein (Ken Weiler); his grandchildren, Eric Hirstein, Nicholas Hirstein (Tracy), Nicholas McClane (Holly Ragan), Carrie Love (Mike), Amy Olsen (Raub), Holly Radford (Adam), Scott Hirstein and Matthew Jaenke (Michelle); his great grandchildren, Claire Hirstein, Molly McClane, Sam McClane, Elliott Love, Callum Love, Oliver Olsen, Emerson Olsen, Miles Olsen, Wesley Olsen, Reese Radford and Arthur Radford; his daughters, Barbara Stewart (Jim) and Mary Carnahan (Chuck); his grandson Jon Michael Fitzsimmons (Selene); his great grandchild Killian Fitzsimmons; and his granddaughter Catherine Williams (Jason). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
