He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Wiley and Dorothy Wiley (Toller); his son Larry Wiley; and his sibling's children, Linda Kay Morris and Robert Wiley.
He is survived by: his wife Ada Wiley (Johnson) of Waterloo; his sons, Jeffrey Wiley (Dawn) of Fredericksburg, VA, Michael Wiley of Waterloo and James Wiley (Brianna) of Valmeyer, IL; his grandchildren, Shane Wiley, Heather Wiley, Mikey Wiley, Hannah Wiley, Jessie Wiley and Ashton Wiley; his great grandchildren, Nevaeh and Mallory; and his sibling's children, Brenda Sue Walta and Carl Wiley (Carol).
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Monroe County Rescue and will be accepted at the funeral home.
