He is survived by: his girlfriend Angela Polacek; his siblings, Bonnie Osterhage (Keith), Bobbi Vogt (Tom) and Randy Kettler (Darlene); Blake Miller, Courtney Sikoriski (Cody) and Brenden Miller (Madalyn Baker). He is also survived by aunts; nieces; nephews; and cousins.
